Referral Associates is a membership based real estate referral association, for licensed Connecticut sales associates/brokers.  Its members enjoy the following benefits:

As a member of Referral Associates you can earn commissions from anyone needing real estate services anywhere in our extensive network.

Free Membership

If you have a closing during your year of membership, next year’s administration fee will be waived.

Active License

Your license remains active as we serve as your principal broker.

Coverage Nationwide

You can earn commissions from anyone that is relocating anywhere in the country, not only in Connecticut.

50/50 Referral Fee Split

You receive 50% of the total referral fee received by our company, just for phoning us with a qualified referral, or by using our convenient on-line referral forms.
